A representative from the Department of Labor, will provide an understanding of common mistakes in administering 401(k) plans, DOL audit initiatives and your fiduciary responsibilities as the plan’s sponsor under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).  Diana Jordan, Pension Consultant with Sikich Retirement Plan Services, will lead seminar participants through an example of how to uncover the fees in a 401(k) platform according to the DOL Model Fee Disclosure Form.  She has achieved the Accredited Investment Fiduciary Analyst (AIFA®) designation and is a frequent speaker on fiduciary topics for employer sponsored retirement plans.
