Aurora, IL – April 30, 2008: Sikich LLP, a multi-discipline professional services firm, announces that Christopher L. Geier has joined the Investment Banking Division as Partner-in-Charge. Geier is a transactions professional whose extensive experience providing merger and acquisition services includes buy-side and sell-side advisory, financial and commercial due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis.

Geier is replacing retiring Sikich partner Allen Gray, who led the Investment Banking Division for six years.

Geier was principal or advisor on more than 30 transactions valued at over $750 million. His experience also includes equity and debt financing, integration services and managing turnaround situations in distressed environments. He serves on the board of directors of three private firms and one non-profit. Geier holds a Master of Business Administration from the University Of Chicago Graduate School Of Business. He resides in Lake Barrington, IL.
